Who may suprise us?

I know that the western military is aware of Russian, Korean and Chinese military aircraft developments but are there any countries out there who could very well suprise us?

What is the likelyhood of a previously unthought of country suddenly producing an aircraft that would prove a significant threat to Western airforces, either by being super stealthy, having a weapons system that beats all others or by being extremely fast?
