Could a MiG-25 intercept a SR-71 ?

I heard that during cold war, SR-71s regularly overflew USSR. None SR-71 was downed. Just a question : could the MiG-25 have shot down a Blackbird? What is the real level flight and top speed of a SR-71 compared to a MiG-25?
