Mig-39 was born and Penetrated European air space

Russian President V.Putin called European President (was not mentioned) and asked him: “did you noticed any foreign aircraft in your air space?”
The European president answered “No”
Then Putin said “The Mig-39 was born”

The new Russian aircraft (MiG-39) penetrated European air space and flew over United States Military bases but their radars didn’t detect it
