At least sort of……..May 27 is a special day because a certain twin-engined brute of a fighter plane first flew back in 1958 on this day.
Here’s to more phabulous years of service for the mighty Phantom….one of McDonnell’s phinest!
She’s 48 today, so I think we’ll see 50, but who’s to say she won’t live to see 60 or 70. Let’s all hope she keeps on truckin’.
