Mi-17 What version?

Can any body tell me what version is this Mi-17 and when it was made.
Three things are different to the other helicopter in Daafar service , machine gun in the nose, balistic protection around pilot ans copilot seats, and light under fuselage. Also the serial number 164 is unique, can any body help?
