I dont know if this is what you are looking for but this has been taken from Francis K Masons book:
L1548; No111 suqadren, Northolt in Jan 1938. went to 6 O.T.U and became 3273M.
L1550; No111 squadren, Northolt in Jan 1938. crashed on approach to Notholt, Hillingdon 20.7.1938
L1555; No111 squadren, Northolt in Jan 1938. No 6 O.T.U, crashed at Long Sutton, Norfolk, 17.4.1941.
All ther aeroplanes where from the first production batch flying initialy with Watts wooden propellors and Merlin II engines but where replaced later with Merlin III’s and either Rotol or D.H variable pitch and constant speed three bladed propellors. The early aircraft (which these are) did not featre ventural spine fairings and where fitted with fabric coverd wings on almost all aeroplanes but some where later modified with metal stressed skin wings.
