What ever happened to the Open Skies program?? I remember seeing the occasional photo in AFM a few years ago. I’d like to see what else was flying under the guise of this program. To start, here’s the Luftwaffe Tu-154, Official shot and a couple from the National Capital Air Show back in the 90s (also visited by the USAF Open Skies bird)
