Little Bird for small AF?

I’ve been checking some interesting topics about low-cost fighters that could be accesible for Air Forces with small budget. But i was thinking…what if the F-5 was produced again but with the new tecnology of nowadays? Im sure that a lot of AF that are looking for a fighter (like El Salvador’s AF) would acquire it.

What other fighter aircraft do you think that deserves to be produced again so Air Forces with small budgets would get a chance to acquire an equipment with new technology and not from decades ago? and also, why arent they produced?
