When has the same aircraft fought eachother in A2A combat?

This forum is full off examples of discussions of which AC is better than that AC. Although at times amusing to follow it gets boooring after some time, when the lines between fact and personal aspirations for a certain armed force is blurred to the extreme, at times becomming wishfull thinking.

I concluded that a lot of useless speculations would die out if everybody flew the same aircraft. :diablo: Then I started thinking about those times that the same aircraft has been flown by two opposing sides, and this has caused combat and an actual kill being scored.

Some rules:

It can not be Fracticide, blue on blue accident.
It can be different subtypes of the same AC.
It has to be an actuall war situation. (thereby no GreekF-16 vs. Turkish F-16)

I can identify at least 4 instances that this has occured, please follow up with more if you can.

1 During 1948 Israeli Spitfires shot down 3 RAF Spitfire FR.18 from 208 sqn.
2 Also during 1948 RAF Spitfires of the same mark and sqn shot down two REAF Spitfires VC.
3 During the Yom Kippur war in 1973 IDFAF Neshers and Mirage III shot down three Libyan Mirage-5
4 During the ‘soccer war’ of 1969 between Honduras and El Salvador. One Hondurian pilot called Soto used his Corsair F-4U to shot down three Corsair FG-1D from El Salvador.

Im sure there must be other cases where the same aircraft has meet in A2A combat history. Can you contribute? And please, no flaming, or speculations.
