Cooling systems for avionics & radars

I understand most fighters today use forced air cooling system for all electronic bays and the radar in nose.

1. Is that true ?

2. Is it like typical home AC only more reliable and compact ?

3. going by f22 and f16-b60 liquid cooling is a must for AESA radar, is everyone else slated for AESA working in liquid cooling systems ?

4. I read long back that SU30 uses “cool by fuel” to supplement air cooling, piping the cold fuel around hot parts to soak up heat. is this true ?

5. in ac with such “cool by fuel” cant they run a pipe loop through the nose and soak up the big heat generated by son-of-Irbis ? 😀
