Can anyone identify this aircraft design please?

I suspect it may have been a McDonnell (?) contender for the US Navy’s cancelled VFAX competition?

Looks to have a V/STOL capability!

Does anyone know of the manufacturer, design / model name, specifications, or have any other drawings etc.
