I’ve searched in vain for detailed information on the Argentine (FAA) use of their Learjet 35A photo-reconnaissance planes over the Falklands in 1982, and of the special internal & external characteristics of these aircraft: camera mountings, operators’ consoles, etc. I know they made a number of overflights, and one went down to a Sea Dart from HMS Exeter; I know they appear(-ed) in two basic colour schemes (though not sure which was in use in ’82). That’s it. Any pointers to further info and/or pics?
And is the 1987 book by Huertas & Brisco, “Argentine Air Forces in the Falklands Conflict”, any good?
Thanks – RPG
