Piccie and information help required

Heya all,
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this particular Russian fighter that was mentioned a few weeks ago. I would use a forum search but i have completely forgotten it’s name, and the thread of which the iccie was taken from. If anyone has any links, information or (most importantly) pictures of it then could you please post them here. Much obliged guys,
