War with Iran

Here it is boys. The Brits and the US are getting angry at Iranian agents infiltrations in Irak. They get evidence that high explosive road bombs which can destroy tanks are made in Iran. The Europeans are making no progress in sealing a nuclear deal. The Israelis are worried about Teheran making a nuke in a year time. They press the US for action or decide to go for it. They strike some basis in Teheran which in turn provokes a massive shiite revolt in Lebanon and in Irak. Iran closes the maritime traffic in the Gulf and the oil barrel reaches 120 $. It is spring 2006, Bush decides to strike back.
What happens next ?
A few ideas
– the new irak army disappears in civil strife. Half of it turns against the americans, half drop their uniforms and start hijacking whatever they can in their neighborhood
– us strikes the iranian air basis with Cruise and Jdams .
– no allies for the US this time except the Brits who fight the Shiites in Southern Irak.
– Israelis are bombing Iran
