Worst 4th/5th generation Fighter plane

This is not a thread about the capabilities of any of the new strike fighters being offered by various countries, its about their planning and execution . In other words by your opinion was been the single worse planned out fighter project of lates 90s to present day? Is it the Eurofighter which has still to churn out any definitive single seat combat examples? The Rafale which is being surely underused and underappreciated by the export market or the Mistubishi (I cost as much as 2 F-16s yet i’m only 1/2 a F-16 in capability) F-2 which the Jasdf are still trying to pimp out a “fixed” variant as a F-4 replacement?
