New transport planes for RNLAF.

According to the NOS news the RNLAF will be getting some new airplanes.

* 2 second hand C130s will be bough from the USAF to replace the four F60s. What will happen to the F60s is not known.
* 5 Chinooks will be bought, 4 of them will be equiped to support special forces.
