F-35 threatens F-22?

i was reading arguements in some other forums, that the F-22 should be prioritized, but entire JSF project threatens the survival of the F-22 (divergement of funding versus roles that the US really needs).. I’d like to hear some arguements.

While I do think the Air Force could do with just the F-22.. not too sure about the navy..
