Quick translation of the article, it has vertical lift-off and landing, top speed of 780km/h and stealth (can’t translate the technical mumbo-jumbo about how).
Don’t know about how reliable this is as we all know how the Russian e-news try to spin all the new Russian hardware… still cool though.
