Military training and simulation systems developer BVR Systems (1998) Ltd. (OTCBB: BVRSF.OB), today announced the expansion of the cooperation agreement with MLM division of Israeli Aircraft Industries Ltd. (IAI/MLM) relating to the marketing of the EHUD Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) on-board training system.

In 1999, IAI/MLM and BVR entered into a definitive agreement to end all commercial disputes and intellectual property and related commercial litigation between the parties, and agreed that the EHUD ACMI products would be marketed by each of the parties in various territories in consideration of the payment of various royalties to the other party.

Today’s agreement expands the cooperation between the BVR and IAI/MLM to the marketing of naval combat maneuvering instrumentation systems in various countries worldwide. The agreement is for a period of ten years.

IAIMLM and BVR will work together to maintain the interoperability between their communication protocols in order to enable users of either of their systems to effectively communicate with each other. IAIMLM and BVR believe that preserving the interoperability between their communication protocols will contribute to their mutual goal of positioning these protocols as the worldwide de-facto standard in the global training market.

BVR CEO Ilan Gillies said, “This agreement is of the utmost business and strategic importance to BVR and I am confident that it will advance both companies.”
