one thing i’ve noticed about this forum, and other military forums as well, is that strangely there are no military pilots posting regularly. despite this, being, well, a military aviation forum. the only flyboy i can recall is our friendly USAF KC-135 boom operator.
i’ve been wondering why…
and it’s become more relevant to me, since recently the air force of my country invited me to go for a high-level cognitive and aptitude test. if i pass this, and an interview and a medical, i can start pilot training!
i’m just thinking there might be some secrecy rules air forces impose on their pilots forbidding them for taking part in forums like this. it’s definitely something i would not like. would any informed souls here care to comment?
