Fighter vs UAVs

Another question for those in the known: what is the future of fighter planes beyond the already planned JSF considering the development of UAVs and UCAVs? What functions are likely to be assumed by UCAVs in the foreseeable future and what will be left to manned aircrafts? Are we to expect that manned fighter are going to disappear altogether in leading air forces (starting with the US)???
