Czech Gripens delivered and accepted

Just a short news-snippet:

“Today, Friday 22 April 2005, the three (3) remaining JAS-39 Gripen supersonic aircraft have been accepted, without failures, into the inventory of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. By this, the Ministry of Defence has finished the complex verification of the six JAS-39 Gripen aircraft which landed on Monday 18 April 2005, at the Tactical Air Force Base in Caslav.”

So I guess that means that there’s 6 operative Gripens within Nato from now on! 😎
