[Accident Report] PLAAF accident in March 2005 in PRC

In the Chinese (China) news site china.com, an article dated 2005.04.22 at

with photos of the crash site after it was cleaned up, *claimed*:

In middle March 2005, a PLAAF J-7 crashed in the Min Nan region.
Its pilot was martyred.
It belonged to an unit based in Zhe Jiang Province, and was deployed to an AB in the Min Nan region.
It had mechanical problem, RTB, circled around, tried to resolve the problem, and crashed near the AB, about 200 m from a highway. It dived into the ground at 30 degrees AOA.
