Ground based LPI radars

Are there any ground based radars designed with with LPI (Low Probability of Intercept) technology. Being ground based these should be somewhat easy to develop as the miniaturization and thermal constraints can be relaxed.
Are the radars accompanying S-300 and S-400 systems LPI based. If not, how do they protect themselves from being detected and subsequently destroyed by Anti-Radiation missiles.
