B-2 Bomber and Anti-Gravity Propulsion?

I recently read a book by Nick Cook, the Aviation Editor for Jane’s Weekly, titled “The Hunt For Zero Point.” I take most things like this rather suspiciously, but I must admit the book really made me think, especially given the credentials of its author. Don’t forget- it wasn’t so long ago that anti-radar “stealth” technology seemed on the fringes. Anyway, Mr. Cook claims that the B-2 Bomber may utilize some sort of “antigravity propulsion system” that electrostatically charges its leading edge and its exhaust stream, and that its radar-absorbent materials may in fact be a part of this propulsion system. I also understand that the take-off trust of the its F118-100 engines at sea level is stated by Northrop Grumman to be ‘19,000lb (84.5kN) class’ and as ‘17,300lb (77.0kN)’ by the USAF, incredibly low figures for and aircraft whose take-off weight is said to be 336,000 lb. Very curious. I would be very interested in what others think or know about this.
