Countries without an Air Force

What about listing the countries in the world WITHOUT an Air Force or ANY military flying.
Let us start with the country I live in ANDORRA:
No Air Force
No Army aircraft
No police aircraft
No State aircraft.
Actually not even ONE cicil aircraft registered (3A-)
Two helicopters fly from a Helipad in La Massana, but they are foreign registered.

Luxembourg has a squadron of E-3s, but are they really Luxemborian?
I don’t believe San Marino has any official aircraft do they?
What about Lichentenstein?
