I should be joining the RAF.

Hi all,
I am currently 15 and I was browsing the net and applied for some info on being a pilot. My age of application would be between 17 1/2 and 23. I can’t really make head from tail from it all especially one bit.

“Minimum time of service is 12 years” Sounds simple but does that really mean that I won’t be able to leave the RAF until 2019 (from 2007)??? 🙁

I am keen on joining but I’m not sure if I really wish to commit myself away from home for 12 years…… 🙁
