Changes to F-35 mold line

On top the X-35.
Below the most recent picture of the F-35.
Quite massive changes to the mold-line.

Does anybody know if the changes to the internal bomb bay and the changes to the wing structure will show in the final lines? Even that picture on the bottom isn’t the final configuration.
