Utility Helis for Irish Air Corps ?

The Irish Government is currently in the process of reviewing tenders for 4 x Utility military helicopters (plus the option of a further two) for the Irish Air Corps.

The helis must be able to carry a section of troops and will be armed.
(It is intended that the Irish Army Ranger Wing will also utilise these helis for training ops/missions).

A final decision is expected by the end of this year.

Possible choices so far –

Blackhawk,
EC AS565 (Panther/Dauphin),
Augusta A109M/AB139,
EC Puma/Cougar,
EC135,
Lynx.

Best/other possible option ?
