Pilot exchange programs – Nato AFs with Latin American AFs

Does anyone knows if there are any program for exchange between pilots from Nato Armed Forces and Latin American Armed Forces?
I know that Brazilian Navy Super Lynkx pilots usually goes to UK for a two year period in Royal Navy Lynkx squadrons (A British officer do the same). The same for Brazilian Army pilots that do the same with the French Army that operates the Fennec in attack role. Also I heard that Italian AF pilots as well as Spanish pilots go regularly to Argentina to fly combat aircrafts.
