F-22 Raptor in Mountain Home, ID

Hello,

I have heard quite a lot about Mountain Home Air Force Base, about 25-30 miles Southeast of Boise, Idaho, becoming a large base for F-22 Raptors. There will be about 72 of them. Does anyone know any more information about this? When is it going to happen?

I also heard while I was talking to a guy that a lot of Air bases are shutting down. Any news of this? He told me that there is going to be a lot more activity in Mountain Home because a lot of aircraft are going there. Any info is appreciated.
