UAV like the Global Hawk, due to it’s sophisticated avionics and such, besides doing normal Ground Recoinnaissance, can also do Maritime Patrol and SIGINT.

I was wondering, can a UAV like the MQ-9A Predator B be also fitted with the necessary avionics inside of it to do stuff like Maritime Patrol?(it would be a much cheaper solution than larger manned planes). It is said to be able to carry a internal payload of 800lb, is this enough to fit inside a decent radar to perform maritime patrol? I mean it’s endurance is over 32 hours.
