Super Hornet and Hornet

Hi all

Many threads have been made about the Super Hornet’s advantages and disadvantages, but no solid conclusions about how good the jet is.
With that in mind, I’d like to ask what are the real advantages of the SH over the Hornet. And, of course, the real disadvantages against the Hornet. I mean not only in theory, but related into USN’s service.

P.S. : I’m not trying to start another “fighting” between Hornet’s fans against Tomcat’s fans, but my intention here is to figure out why the SH has so many people against it, since the plane seems to be good in many aspects.
