Not much is known about the Laotian Air Force and the last time I heard it, they no longer operating the MiG-21s, but instead leaving the MiGs to rust away in storage. Although atempts have made to upgrade the Laotian MiG-21 fleet, HAL of India abandoned the plan because the structural life of the MiGs have expired.
Today the Laotian airforce only fly Antonov transport planes and Mil helicopters.
