plasma-stealth, can we discuss about?

hi guys.
reading about the Mikoyan 1.44 proyect came across the “russian plasma stealth” system (impervious to radar), wich is totally new, therefore unknown to me :confused: , sounds like “star wars” kinda techno to me, in short words…
what the hell is that??? 😮
maybe our voodoo magicians (avionics) guys can tell?
