a bunch of oil has been found in Kosovo and Milosovic’s home and with its super close proximity to European markets..the French, Germans, Italians, etc have been shoving down lots of money down your pants to the point that your defense budget is about twice of that as Britain (at the expense of many other things)..

Your leader, Vlade Divac, has ordered you to help modernize and enlarge the army!

your goals: To re-unite all the Former Yugoslavian countries (IE Slovenia, Macedonia FYOR, Bosnia, etc) as well as Albania and a naval operation to take Malta. Good luck!
