Build your aircraft part 1.

Your country, called “ASDF republic”, wants to design it’s own combat aircraft.. however to save costs on R&D, they want to buy a design that “never made it” with their home countries.. meaning aircraft such as TSR.2, Yak-141, YF-23..etc

and to finish its development and equip it with existing components available in the market..

ex: ASDF wants to build a cheap multirole fighter and develop it on their own.. so they buy the F-20 design and install en Elta radar on it..blah blah..
