Su-39 a Multirole Fighter?

Can this aircraft really be called a Multirole Fighter? I mean besides being a mean CAS machine, it is wired for some good Air-to-Surface weaponry and on top of all the Kh-35 Anti-Shipping Missiles and for Air Defence, R-77, R-73 and R-27.

It’s radar Kopyo-25 has detection range 13.5 n miles (25 km; 15.5 miles) for tanks, 40 n miles (75 km; 47 miles) for small ships, 13.5 to 31 n miles (25 to 57 km; 15.5 to 35 miles) air-to-air; able to track eight targets and engage two simultaneously. I mean it’s Air-to-Air capabilities even out with the Mig-21-93’s if not surpassing them.

If I am not mistaken Su-39 and Mig-21-93’s radars are the same?

But anyways, for 10mn/new Su-39, I’d take this bird anytime any day.
