Gripen foreign armament and sales prohibition questions

The American components on the Gripen are considered to be limitations on whom the Gripen could be exported to.. however in terms of weapons itself..

claims that the Gripen can use the Mica, which I was unable to confirm.. has anyone else any information on the Gripen being able to use Mica?

Furthermore, I’ve seen pics of it being armed with Israeli missiles, has the Gripen began trials with them yet?

and finally in regards to Swedish export laws, which seems to prevent the acquisition of the Gripen for war time use (or something of that nature).. how would the Swedes bypass this should they want to sell it to countries that don’t match their descriptions.
