UK Air Squadron Information Required

I wonder if any of you can help me out there in Internetland?

I’m going to (once again) write a snottagram to Geoff Hoon about the structure and strength of the UKDF. And I need the following information.

RAF Harrier squadron manpower strengths
RAF Helicopter squadron manpower strengths
Army Air Corps Squadron strengths
Army Air Corps Technical Trade Structure
RAF Ground and Aircrew retention over the last three years
AAC Ground and Aircrew retention over the last three years
Fleet Air Arm Ground and Aircrew retention over the last three years

… I know it’s a tall order, but I want to get my facts as near perfect as possible before I start to rant.
