How much would this cost?

I saw this in the f-16 net website. Its looks so cool aint it? I think it wasnt built because it lost to the F-15E. But this plane would have a lot of buyers had it been exported.Folks from the UAE Air Force would at least buy some of these. How much would you think this cost. It should be atleast the same with the Blk 60’s. The Blk 60 would be in the 30 million tag per plane isnt it? or higher?
The blk 60 has phased array radar, CFT’s, integrated ECM, FLIR…etc. these capabilities are at par with the 5th gen fighters. They must cost a lot.
