Was up at Scampton a few weeks ago and noticed on a gate next to practice range that the RAF has applied for planning permission for a viewing area next to the range as there is a unused fenced off area.Went passed there again tonight and noticed that the fence has now been replaced so just wondered if anyone knows if theyve got planning perrmission and when it will be open?
