French MoD will rescale 11 rafales!

the BM is waited to increase cost on the full 294 airframe by 150m euro more, on 10 years!

so the MoD will remove 11 rafales on the 2003-2008 budget law to rescale it on the 2008-2013!

cutting cost about 500m euros for 2003-2008 law!

only 2006-2007-2008 will be reduced by 3 planes!
