Python 5

Recently in Jane’s, I’ve read that the Israelis have develped this missile. I saw the picture of this missile and it looks exactly like the Python 4 missile which its based on. How are we supposed to tell the difference on the two. Is it a marketing ploy by Rafael to have their own product? I know that Lockheed has the rights to market ( and maybe develop) the Python 4. Also, the israelis have introduced the Spyder, a SAM based on the python and Derby missiles..can anyone elaborate on this? does it have a seperate radar and target aquisition system?
