10.000 soviet era aircraft

haven’t anyone wondered what ever happened to the thousands of aircraft scrapped by the Russians after the fall of teh former USSR ??????.

lots and lots of MiG-23 and MiG-25 aircraft were among them ! why weren’t these sold as spare parts or complete aircraft to some country here or there ?.
