An interesting subject because it is so difficult to find solid information for obvious reasons.

France – Spectra – uses active cancellation and has full band coverage, also seems to have phased array receiver as well.

EU – DASS – full band coverage, I don’t know about jamming

Israel – Elta – various series – the news systems on the F-16i might have some kind of active jamming component by the looks of latest photos

Russia – Sirena series and more,

US – Many,many different systems – to the best of my knowledge only the B2 has a system that might use active jamming.
The F-15e has the best operational system at the moment. As far as I know it is a full band receiver and has some limited jamming, but I don’t know what frequencies

Greece – ASPIS II – closely related to current US systems??

One of the key things in modern ECM is the software. The ability to recognise what the SA-10’s etc various radar modes, for example, look like is very important. It would be intersting to know which countries have this info and which don’t.
