***Russian aircraft crashes in Japan, pilot wounded

A Russian training aircraft has crashed in the Japanese town of Motegi during a show flight. Russian pilot Aleksander Krotov was making an aerobatics figure over the town stadium, but could not handle the plane, hit a lamppost and crashed into the wall of a building. The pilot susptained injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital. No one of 200 spectators was injured.

A major three-day aerobatics festival is starting in Motegi, Khonsyu on November 1.

Anyone has any idea what aircraft type was involved? Yak or MiG-AT?
