Mexico could use FC-1s and Z-9s?

Holy Toledo! ever notice how open Mexico is using eastern block weapons, well that’s just great! think Mexico will show any interest in her allies weapons systems? The FC-1 can replace the F-5s and the Z-9s can help with border patrol.
