Just curious about what u think of my plot

I have been toying with the idea of a novel for some time now but I just can’t figure out how to begin to get the ball rolling. The idea is kinda like a “Firefox” thriller where a B-2 crash lands in a paddy field in Eastern China after a series of computer failures during an illegal overflight to test Chinese defences. The aircraft is captured intact after a p***ed off farmer kills the crew with a tool of some kind thus preventing them from scuttling the aircraft.
After four years pass a CIA satellite snaps images of three aircraft being pulled out of hangars at Xian Peoples Airbase bearing a strong resemblance to the B-2. A US CIA agent already in China trying to locate the B-2 wreckage stumbles upon plans to use the 3 aircraft to knock out US forces in the Pacific before launching an invasion of Taiwan.
Plausable???
I haven’t decided yet but it should be titled either “Flight of the Dragon”, “Nemisis” or “Balance of Power”.
The B-2 copy is to be built by Xian and known as the H-12 “Buffalo”

Sounds good or not, any thoughts would be welcome. 😀
