Ukranian Airforce

Can someone tell me what kind of Airforce Ukraine has, I have heard or read somewhere that they got lots of Fulcrums and Flankers, in large numbers too. If this is true this would make Ukraine one of the strongest AFs in Europe.

How many Fulcrums/Flankers and other aircraft do they have and what are operational?
